And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
The 60 volt model is as good and powerful as any homeowner saw with a 16" bar. No oil/gas to mix, no non-ethanol gas to search for, no fumes to deal with for inside use. I have the 20 volt model that is good enough for most jobs.

ReplyDeleteI have the Ryobi 40 volt 14 inch. I wouldn't go into the lumberjack business with it but it's perfect for what I need 90% of the time.
ReplyDeleteSeems kinda pricey compared to a gas-powered model. Aside from running quieter (one assumes), is there any advantage?
ReplyDeleteYou don't have to keep gasoline on hand. I have a harbor freight corded electric for those few times I need a chainsaw.
