And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
WoW! Aesop is right. I've been in similar. Old wooden floor, sawdust everywhere. I'll have a pound of this and a pound of that and, what's that over there? Oh, I see. Let me have a pound of that too. Next thing you know I'm broke. But the sub sando I made for supper was stellar!
When I was a wee rugrat I would roam the streets of downtown Carmel, CA on Saturday mornings. This was long enough ago that it was safe! [1961] One of the local merchants had a stock of goodies about half this big and the aroma was fantastic!!
That picture is nothing without the aroma one gets standing in its presence.
