And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Funny story: I was surfing with my brother. Just the two of us at my 'secret spot'. I was paddling back out after catching a wave. I saw a seal pop up some distance in front of me. He was looking in my direction and slowly spinning to scan 360*. My brother was further out and looking out to sea. He too starting spinning to take in the sights. My brother and the seal saw each other at the same time; both we spooked. He fell off his board and the seal dived away in fright. Too funny.
