  2. Nice to see the Oklahoma upright for once. All I have ever seen is the hull in pearl harbor.

  3. Florida was decommissioned/scrapped in 1932. Oklahoma was the first of the oil burners. During modernization in 1927-1929 her “birdcage” masts were replaced with a tripod configuration. Severely damaged in the attack on Pearl Harbor, Oklahoma was stripped of useable components. Decommissioned and sold for scrap after the war, in 1947 she sunk under tow in a storm enroute to San Francisco. During a similar period of modernization, masts of USS Arizona (BB-39) were also replaced with a tripod configuration.
