    It is probably frozen carbon dioxide though. Any idea what the scale is we are looking at, Feet, yards...miles?

    1. It doesn't activate until the 23 minute mark, then it starts gurgling and popping. Like the mudpots at Yellowstone.

  4. After almost 50 missions to Mars, science can proudly claim that the planet contains sand and something that looks like ice. Seems like all that $$$ could be spent better elsewhere.
