And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I see no evidence that she climbed up there. She looks too soft to climb plus carry the gear. In fact, how did she carry the stick, a camera and a phone? Not so much as a lanyard is visible.
She appears to be standing on a hatch cover that provides access to the pipe or tube she is elevated on. I suspect there is an internal ladder to get to her location. Getting to the outside and onto the top must have been an interesting experience.
