The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? Dec 1st, or thereabouts, scalloping season starts here in Maine. We go to the coast to pick up 15-20 lbs, straight off the boat, bring them home where they are individually quick frozen and then vacuum sealed, usually within 5 hours of being caught. You can't believe the flavor!
Those are some huge scallops! A different form of surf 'n' turf?

Sea scallops are good but bay scallops are gooder, but I'll take em any way I can get em. The prefect companion for bacon wraps.
