  2. Dec 1st, or thereabouts, scalloping season starts here in Maine.
    We go to the coast to pick up 15-20 lbs, straight off the boat, bring them home where they are individually quick frozen and then vacuum sealed, usually within 5 hours of being caught.
    You can't believe the flavor!

  3. Sea scallops are good but bay scallops are gooder, but I'll take em any way I can get em. The prefect companion for bacon wraps.
