And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I wonder how it happened; The ground looks pretty flat - usually with these long dump beds, it's because of unstable ground or a bad slope, then a shifting center of gravity takes over. I wonder if it came down the hill and landed there (doesn't seem likely given the apparent lack of severe damage).
I would be willing to bet it was dumping from a ledge above but was too far on the edge. And when the load shifted backward, well, it tipped the rig backwards doing a back flip and landing on the cab. Stuck the landing!
