And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Camo Master: Why Northern wolves, Huskies, etc. are gray & white.
Your observation is enlightening. I tend to be a "conspiracy-theorist"; I often see a communist behind every shrub and under every rock. I thought I saw seven wolves.
Anybody who might know the correct answer input would be greatly appreciated.
Looks like the Wolf/Husky is at about 9 o'clock and a little low off the left edge of the pond? (snow covered area). Nose and eyes make a triangle looking right at the camera.
Yeah he blends in pretty good...

Many thanks!
I didn't see any bloody thing.
DeleteIf it's not him near the bottom of the photo in the grass, then I'm stumped
ReplyDeleteDang! Good one! Never saw that. What about the object(s) at the top of the water/ice in about the enter of the photo.
DeleteMy suspicion that there are more than one is rooted in the belief they travel in packs but WDIK....
I saw him standing there and then looked around for more.

Ah-hah, so they do not always travel in packs! Thank you.
DeleteI spotted him in the trees while at work. Guess he’s moved on by now!

Found the wolf pretty quick, but I still can't find the Finnish snipers.
ReplyDeleteIf you can spot the Finnish sniper - you are not his target.
DeleteGood old Lapland. Just remember, once you've made the last Lapp, you're at the Finnish line.
DeleteYou got me that time. If it weren't for the hint above from southside Tony, I'd of missed it.

ReplyDeleteCamoflage is one facet. Movement, sound and smell are also important, with motion being the largest giveaway.
