And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
They sure have come a long way. I remember when a Maglite was the absolute top of the line. And now just look at them... So advanced they have features with names like WOOZ,,
I have the non-rechargeable version of this and it is great. With the regular California power outages to endure on a regular basis my flashlight gets plenty of use. Living in lion and bear country, I use this to light up my surroundings as I tend to things here on the ranch. I can easily light up my three-acre front yard with this. The strobe capability scares off any wildlife ... at least it did a couple of coyotes I encountered. It does eat batteries a bit, so this rechargeable version is a nice improvement. If you are confused by an on/off button that allows you to cycle through the three different modes (solid light, strobe flash, sos flash)then this isn't for you. As for me, when I go to check on the livestock in the stygian darkness of the Sierra Nevada's, this is what I take.
