Judging by the lack of obvious external damage a moron probably tried to drive the tank onto a HET without a ground guide. Main gun is elevated to allow said idiot to exit the driver's position. Good picture of small turret mounted reactive armor near the hatches - probably meant to defeat Javelin or Javelin type ATGMs with a pop-up flight profile. All that and some dummy rolls the tank off of a flat bed trailer so it can sit on it's side! He should be the one connected to the other end of that tow cable - not an ARV.
