And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I wonder if it started out as a water tank and was converted into a cabin or was it built with this in mind? It looks a little tall (to me) to have been a water tank. A good snow fall could make getting out a tough job...
Huh - I looked at that and thought, "Not It!" about hauling firewood all the way up there for the stove. I'm blaming it on the season - firewood season is NOW - before elk season opens!
