And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

I love this place. I'd set up a cot, a fridge, and then live there.
I don't know, no insulation, and field mice, I know there are field mice and oh spiders too! I bet a cricket or two... other then that has almost all the immensities a man needs with the addition of taminators necessities.
I'd also add reloading benches and an area for brewing/wine making..........
