This really is "winning."

9th Circuit: —Start of Trump’s term: 19D 6R —Next Week: 16D 11R —Soon: 16D 13R —By 2020: Probably flipped R

This is just amazing.  The ninth is the worst, most non constitutional minded bunch of cranks and Hawaiian judges imaginable.  Maybe not for long.

If Trump and his allies in Congress pull this off, I will doff my hat to them.

    We need this to happen, if there's any hope of retaining any of our Constitutional rights here in the West.

    The 9th Circus is a bad joke, and they don't even pay lip service to the rule of law or the Constitution, and in their eyes the 2nd doesn't even exist!
