Sarthurk; Bought me a 13 footer back in 1972 for $235 and hauled it around on top of my new $1,900 1972 VW Beetle. It was fantastic, the bug was fantastic. Perfect together. Memories!
The Albatross, the U-16.... in the Coast Guard they called them "The Goat" (HU-16E), I worked in the goat shop & even still have a 'Goat Herder" patch.
They made great canoes too
