Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez steered Amazon away from New York, but the company’s new location in Virginia has created a housing boom.
Buyers and sellers in the Arlington housing market have been scrambling to lock up properties in anticipation of Amazon’s new headquarters, which will welcome its newest workers in June, Axios reported.
Buyers have been so eager to purchase homes around Amazon’s new location that homeowners are putting up “no-solicitation” signs. A similar boom could have occurred in New York City, but Ocasio-Cortez and other lawmakers spoiled the company’s plans to build there.
Socialists, always screwing things up, but feeling good and virtuous about doing it.
She's got her eye on your neighborhood next.
With dumbocrats like her, the conservative side should be set for a few years, at least....the district that elected her must be a real bunch of menza members....

ReplyDeleteIDIOT.
ReplyDeleteI thought she would make a pretty nice whore but she would probably tell you to take your boner somewhere else.
ReplyDeleteAOC will have the last laugh after all. Virginia's gone blue enough already. The influx of Amazon is just another flaming dumpsterload of progressivism. Would have been better, not for AOC's constituents, but for the good people of Virginia, if Amazon had set up shop in New York City which is already lost.
ReplyDeleteYou have to know that the Amazon thing was intentional.
ReplyDeleteProsperous people don't want to part with their earnings. Only scared and failing people will keep the Socialists in office.
