And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
We know a scene like this will not be available in New Zealand shortly. Another great country has ceded individual freedom to a gang of Socialist control freaks running the government.
It's sad that they have nothing like our Bill of Rights; as a result, they have no freedom of speech nor can they keep and bear weapons. It's a pretty place but I wouldn't live there, they don't respect freedom.
