I've got one of these. It's priced right, won't rust, it's basically indestructible, and the blade has good flex for filleting.
This arouses a strong desire to dunk my head right in there.

Fishing season is coming.
In Redding, it's here. That last pulse of water they let out of Shasta stimulated a run of Salmon and/or Steelhead up the Sacramento River, and the fishing dories are now thick on the stretch that runs through town.

They make very good knives and are reasonably priced.

Three more weeks until the opener here. Probably another week after that until I get out. I like to wait an extra week so that I pretty much have the stream to myself......
