And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

The 9th Circus is slowly being reformed - and under the radar.
Trump's slow but sure victories, that are ignored (on purpose) by the fake news MSM, are like Chinese water torture for the Democrats....drip, drip, drip!
Rachel Maddow featured judgeships last night. Along with Obamacare, it was a useful distraction from Trump's other victories this week. Yes, I sometimes tune into enemy broadcasts. Sometimes just to laugh, and other times to find out what they're worried about. They're worried about this.
Sufferin' succotash! If this keeps up, we might have to rename the 9th Circus Clowncar of Appeals! Isn't there a rule about keeping honest judges off the 9th?
