  1. Seems a little severe.... I wonder what the C - R stood for. B-C was for Bad Character in other British branding nomenclature.

  2. Humm... The "R" next to the crown probably stands for "Rex" or "Regina" (latin for King or Queen). The "C" would be the first letter of that particular regent's name.
