And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I think he was nervous about the group of people that were on the road and in his way. That was his method of getting around them. But that's just my guess, I'm not a mooseologist by any stretch.
They look like they're made up of spare critter parts, but they can flat out move, and they're irascible. I wouldn't have chosen to be standing there casually filming.
