And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Beauty. As much as I like my 1911s, my favorite shooters are still SA wheel guns. Must be from growing up watching Westerns. The lovely missus and I drop whatever we're doing at 3:00 PM every Saturday to watch "Rawhide" and then "Wanted: Dead Or Alive". That's what you call quality time. Head 'em up, move 'em out.............
A decade or more ago I saw an auction which claimed to have the original Paladin revolver & rig, with the "rook" on black leather holster. It was at $50,000 and climbing, but I never heard what it finally sold for. Tried to find out just now, but there are far too many replicas (even cap guns selling for huge amounts) so I still don't know.

I still have my Paladin lunch box from first grade. It's sits in a curio cabinet in the game room. Something from my youth that my mother saved.....
