And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

So, Irish found my mysterious beauty from yesterday
And voila, she's from Kazakhstan, which I think qualifies her as mysterious all on its own.
I worked in Kazakhstan for about 4 years in the late 90's. Geographically, the area is Mongolian steppe, the stomping ground of Attilla and his descendants. But of course Joe Stalin had his own ideas. After the Holodomor, whereby millions of Kazakhs were quite literally starved to death methodically, Stalin executed a program of augmenting the dwindling population with Caucasian Russians. Although white Russians are routinely hated in Kazakhstan (my Muscovite translator used to have hell getting in and out)the genetic legacy continues with some incredibly exotic looking women who seem to have selectively combined the hottest genes from the reproductive process. Fond memories.....
