  1. The loss ratio of Hellcats to Zeros was even more out of balance because almost all if not all of the pilots they faced were recent flight school graduates...a far cry from the Japanese aviators attacked Pearl Harbor.

  2. That photo was shot around the time of my birth, which was around 5 months after my dad died in France with Patton.
