And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Not that long ago I purchased a 30-pack of DeWalt #2 Philips bits for my Bosch cordless drill. They are junk, far too soft and easily damaged, and once one of these bits slips a time or two they are not much good. Made in China.....
Being old, I remember when Japanese tools were cheap junk (no Chinese available back then,) but USA-made were the best.
Then Japanese tools got better and eventually matched USA quality but at a better price point; China was the new cheap junk, and US factories were closing.
Now Japanese tools seem to be the best, China is getting better but still not up to the quality, and you can't buy USA made tools since the factories have closed.
And what is your read?
