Down in the flats, by the little berg of Wilton, the Cosumnes is in the overflow area, and coursing south west over the farmland. Authorities are already finding boils in the levee, which makes one wonder how things will be this time tomorrow, when two to three feet of snow is expected upcountry.

Up in Yosemite, this is the Pohono Bridge over the Merced River.

But the Yuba River at the Highway 49 bridge is the real shocker. Check out this raging water! In normal times that river is a largish creek. A bit more than that today.
