  1. Really. Smoking. No talking with there caddies. They know there job. And no f ing white pants and matching belts

  2. Smoking back in the 50's & 60's was perfectly acceptable. Magazine ads featured doctor's testimonials on how puffing on cigarettes was relaxing. Of course the average American male's life span in the late 1950's was about 66 years.
