Have used these successfully. Working to the end of a bag of their apple wood right now.

  1. I will be stopping by their factory on Wednesday. I will be getting some rubs and sauces.

    1. Tell them I said hello from NorCal. No joke, I love my Recteq. Used it last night, and again tonight.

  2. Try some deer corn for a different kind of smoke.
    It's all I use.

  3. I don't understand this at all. Why pellets?
Why a tiny smoke box (as shown in other post). Why not a full size smoker?
Is this for urbanites with limited outdoor space?

  4. Always try to use apple wood for the cold smoke house, maple if not, apple has the best smoke for cured meat and fish.

I use my pellet smoke almost every day, winter, summer it don’t matter, beats the hell out of stick burners, or charcoal. I cook everything with smoke, to include steaks, can’t beat the flavor or the convenience.
