    1. yes. a 1964. my uncle had one. bought it because it was a 2 door model.
      had no idea what GTO stood for. it was a fun car to drive .

    2. GTO stands for "Gran Turismo Omologato" – Italian for the English ""Grand Touring Homologated".
      Being a confirmed Dodge Charger aficionado, I always suspected that the English translation was an accurate description of what Goat drivers were in real life.
