And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I think is arguably one of Leatherman's most popular multi-tools ever. I remember finding Waves at pawn shops with minimal wear and one ruined tool that was then sold to replace it. Leatherman has a 25 year warranty on many of their tools - send it in and it is returned with no charge, save the shipping cost to the factory.
As I have stated before: I got a Leatherman multi-tool (maybe) 40+ years ago. I have actually used it five or six times. It looks great but, for me, it's like going to the hardware store, seeing a neat tool and saying, "I could use that!" And it ends up hanging on my pegboard for decades, untouched.
I carry a smaller version in each car, they have come in handy a number of times. As with any "universal" application, it is not a perfect version of any of the tools, but a quality product none-the -less

ReplyDeleteI have a dozen various multi-tools. Every time I was deployed to the middle east I got a new multi-tool, knife, and boots.
