Me at work today. And why do these guys always look cross-eyed?

    1. Look at the furigana (little characters) next to some of the old fashioned Kanji. Those characters are tough to read for even some Japanese people.
      My late father-in-law could read them, but I doubt my wife can.

  5. I have noticed that "shifted eye position" (not always cross eyed for sure but not both straight ahead) seems to be a quite common issue with Asians of all country origins. I suspect that their brains adjust to what they are seeing and how they are seeing it.
