And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
What brand of compass is that? ...looks substantial, not like all the plastic crap I see nowadays. I'd like to get a nice brass-case, non-ferrous case compass but don't know where to find one.
I don't know about that one but I have a nice one made by Marble Arms before the CCP takeover. Look on Ebay and you may find one that is reasonably priced. I also have one of the sport 99 knives and it rocks, bought it in the 90's
No clue on use, but appears to be laser cut 1/8" brass or bronze plate that has a light patina. I first thought Texas too, but it's not very accurate looking. Wouldn't be very comfortable to carry. Bubbarust
