And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
"Pop-up thing" is an adjustable cheek piece for each individuals preference for where the butt stock is aligned along ones cheek. Nice rifle. Reach out and touch someone indeed. Would like it in 30-06, a tried and true caliber. Love to know the make and model.
I just put a cheapo version together in 30-06 as a "camp gun". Thompson Center Compass II, Burris Fullfield 6.5X20 X50, Apollo LR compensator, and a Boyd's AT1(or Spike Camp) not ordered yet. All for a little less than $650, not counting S&H and transfer fee. Jpaul
