  1. When I worked for the county back in the early 70s, we had one of these as our work truck. Good truck.

  2. Early 70s. We had a regular cab flat bed farm truck of that vintage, dually, 4 speed, 345 V8. It was a good truck, until a greenhorn got it stuck, dug it right in, and the exhaust lit the grass and burned it up.

  3. Neighbor had one, with a bed camper. Upper bunk went over the full cab. Would take us ice fishing in it, Friday afternoon until Sunday evening. Three 9-10 year olds . Heaven!!! Fish, ice skate, listen to the old timers tell tales..fifty years ago, still miss those days..

  4. Can you imagine Trump or JD tuning the carburetor in one of these? I know at least one politician that would love to work on that engine

  5. There's a reason not many of these survived. Ashes to ashes, or in this case, rust to rust by now.

  6. They where so heavy, with weight of a plow you didn't need to put it into 4 wheel drive

  7. This looks like the same truck. There's one nice interior shot. https://topclassiccarsforsale.com/international-harvester/110339-rare-1973-international-harvester-travelette-4-door-crew-cab-4x4-1210-scout.html
