  1. if this is the same snow storm I'm thinking of, 6 yr old kids could walk in their own tunnels under the snow; I did
    the snow was at least as high as the top of a car door on Jerome Ave in Da Bron'x

  6. She's got boots on, he's just being chivalrous. I'm born and raised in Upstate NY between Buffalo and Rochester and the lake snow can be vicious. Fifteen miles can make the difference between 3 ft of snow and a dusting.

    I remember in the late '50s when we drove to Buffalo in a canyon (of snow) 10' deep on a road at the bottom of the Lakes
