Tonight, I'm smoking some huge meatballs I picked up at R&R. It's an experiment, meat science if you will.

  3. Two inch thick rib eyes took about 1 hour and fifteen minutes on the pellet grill last night. Almost all of that time at 250 way away from the heat source. Quick flames at the end, nice and pink throughout and moist… never stop experimenting with your meat… on the grill or in the sack 😉

  4. I smoked meatballs once, they were spaghetti sauce sized ... they tasted great by themselves! The smoked meatballs were just a little different in the spaghetti sauce..
How they are all you want!

  7. One of those things I miss most about not living in Shasta Co. any longer is R&R Meats. Their corned beef is outstanding, along with their other stuff.

  8. Went to R&R yesterday...picked up several roasts and some chicken. Made dehydrated beef treats for the dogs with one of the roasts. Dogs love ‘em!
