    1. That was my first guess! Letchworth maybe, someplace like that. The shale formation is what did it for me.
      Reading down further, hells bells, that's about an hour from me, Ozone Falls Park in Tennessee!!!
      Yannow I've lived in both states.
      The biggest difference?
      NY will post a ranger, an armed state employee making 120k/yr, who will arrest anyone who trespasses.
      You can swim in it in Tennessee. They put a sign at the trailhead that says "no lifeguard".
