And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I have commented on this tool before when it was here another time. I have one. I got it to smooth out glaze drips and rough spots on my pottery work. It does not work all that well. I also have a very large heavy-duty bench grinder that really does the job.
I used a Dremel on a scratched up stainless S&W model 19 .357mag that I picked up cheap because of the wear. There was a lot of holster wear and the rubber grips had started deteriorating. I polished all of the scratches and wear out of the gun and put a mirror shine on it along with a new set of Pachmayr grips. I had turned it into a pimp gun. I ended up running it through a media blaster that gave it a brushed stainless look. I had seller's regret when I sold it. I now have another K frame 357, a model 65. I will leave this one scratched and worn looking and just use it as a shooter.
I have the same corded model. Slowly teaching my younger laborers corded tools have more power. Most are too lazy to roll out a cord. My corded saw ripped wood twice as fast. I get it if you only need to make 2 or 3 cuts

ReplyDeleteTime and place for every tool. I use mine less often than the big boy tools but this one definitely has it's place.
ReplyDeleteIf you don't have one, get one! There are plenty of small jobs where it is the only tool that will work.
ReplyDeleteI do my own dental fillings with a Dremel.
