And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I have never cared for a red interior. When I first got married I had a motorcycle that I had rode as my only transportation for 3 years. I also lived in Tampa FL. I moved back to GA and the fist cold snap convinced me to buy a 13 year old Caprice Classic from an older man that had just gotten a new one. It was pristine with only 65k miles and cheap. It was white with a red interior. That red interior got old very quick
I was stationed at Warner Robins in the 70s. It snowed about 3 inches one year, they shut down the whole state of Georgia. Driving in snow is an acquired skill.
I lived in Ft Myers, FL and wore shorts all the time and had a white 79 Monza GT with a red vinyl interior. Still have burn marks on the backs of my legs from them seats. It was a 4 speed and shifter got too hot to touch.
Red paint on a latter 60's Ford was pretty much gone by ten years. Although, not quite as bad a paint job as their gray/blue paint was. That stuff started peeling about 5 years old. My '65 fastback 'Stang had that horrible grey/blue, and my '66 Ranchero had the red.
I had a 2009 Honda Civic painted black, Clearcoat started peeling and paint was chalking after about 5 1/2 years. There were many more of them driving around, they looked like they had cancer.
I can still remember climbing into those early Mustangs. Your butt was down on the ground. The six cylinder engines were probably enough fun but the 289s were just stupid quick.
