  2. They were on sale last weekend for $12 a pound. They had 2 in the display case, one for $38 and the other was $41. Hard pass.

    Last December rib roast were $6 a pound. I got a full rack and another half that are now carved up into steaks in the freezer. One steak will feed 2 for 2 meals.

    1. Just a bit overburned I think. If your chin isn't dripping red it's just too done.
      ("Overburned": what my five year old called his toast when my wife
      burned it more than usual.)
