And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Another Outstanding Portfolio. The last one is the Schafer Dugway from the top of Islands in the Sky section of Canyonlands NP, Moab Utah. At the bottom is the link to the White Rim Trail (WRT) which traverses around Islands in the Sky for 100 miles of incredible beauty, paired with some really nice four wheel drive terrain. It is a GREAT Trail for FJ Cruisers. But you will have to share it with Jeeps. Also bring recovery equipment with you to assist the Jeeps over the really rough areas. Cheers!

Indeed on the Toyota comment re: Cheeps.
DeleteBeen down that last one in our Jeep. Shafer Trial in Canyonlands Natl. Park, Moab, UT. I had a blast navigating it, and watching my wife’s reactions.
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know the make of the cafe racer?

DeleteAre train tunnels going to be a new category for Friday Open Road?
ReplyDeleteWhy not? I've ridden my motorcycle down miles of RR track. You see things you wouldn't if you stuck to the roads.
DeleteWow! A fantastic collection.
ReplyDeleteI knew a man who used a Caravan on floats to get his ATP.
She’s the reason I love Jeeps !
ReplyDeleteThose dogs in the Jeep are buckled in for a ride.
ReplyDeleteFriday Open Road is like dinner time, get's better each time you sit down to consume. Imagine a ten thousand years of Friday's?
ReplyDeleteNice warm hood...
ReplyDeleteAgree very nice set, think doggies buckled in is a repeat but it's a great photo.
