And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
There are at least 3 custom rides out there that resemble this pik. Beatnik Bandit Mysterion Iron Lung Look em up. You'll see right away that this one is the Iron Lung.
Yes, the name of the actual rod is the Iron Lung, yes.
But Hot Wheels never made a model of it, per several searches, which return zero results, except for the full-size version. It was never an actual Hot Wheels™ toy car. But it shoulda been.
The Bandit was made in '68. The real-deal rod is new-built a few years ago. Hot Wheels was the inspiration, not the other way around. But this one shoulda been made as an actual Hot Wheel.
Not a good ride for long trips (like to the end of the driveway.) That glass dome would make you think you were in a microwave. The sun would cook you.
I had that one in my Hot-Wheel collection when I was a kid. Long years ago.
