  1. any "handbook" which does not discuss the origin of a Sazerac nor its recipe is a book not worth the paper on which it's printed
    just my very humble opinion
although I do agree, it should be indelibly imprinted on the memory of anyone who has had the oportunity to imbibe/dispense a variety of good cocktails

    1. Made a Sazerac just this evening for Mrs. CW and myself. There is more than one way to do that one, and all are good ( I used the version with Cognac).

  2. Back in the early 1950s my 2 grandmothers ordered Grasshoppers and Pink Ladies on our semi-annual dine outs. My sister and I got Shirley Temples.

  3. I once had to teach a bartender how to make a decent G&T, when I was done even he wanted to pitch his version.
