And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Snowing nicely on Echo Summit going into South Tahoe right now
Three quarters of an inch of rain since last night at 1900' in the Sierra foothills. More to come. Grass Valley, CA is approaching its seasonal year to date average.
If it wasn't for the extremely dry year last year this would just be another typical California winter, if there ever was such a thing.

Send some of that to Northern Colorado, haven’t gotten our heavy Spring dump yet and it gets us kinda nervous going into Summer,
