And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Just as a note - these are designed to seal off the fire from getting air - thus suffocating the fire. They can protect you from direct flame impingement, but will provide only very minimal protection from the heat of a fire - otherwise we'd all stop wearing heavy bunker gear into fires and start wearing nice, lightweight, comfortable overalls made of this kind of lightweight stuff. Cool product - just make sure you know what you're getting. It's far more a "put out the fire" blanket and less of a "protect your tender body from getting cooked" blanket.
Is it made of asbestos? That stuff doesn't burn.
