And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

A door filled with concrete used as a shield against the world's most powerful continuous fusion neutron source, 1979. A special bearing in the hinge allowed one person to open or close the door.
Even with frictionless bearings, what I'm guessing at 12 yards of 'crete is a good 24 tons. Superman or the Hulk could probably open that door by themselves, but I really doubt that chick could.
Regardless of the bearing, it still has a lot of mass and, therefore, a lot of inertia.
