  1. Had one once, an Oster maybe? It was for home use and folded flat when you weren't using it (most of the time). But every now and then it was pulled out for some work. Sharp too.

  2. I have small one 8" blade just small enough to fit into a lower Cabinet. I use it about once or twice a month, leftover Tri-Tip turned into French Dips or Corned Beef turned into Rubens. The only way to slice paper thin meat is to use one of these.
