And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
That's it! The Hanomag Diesel-Rennwagen 1939 is the exact designation. I did recognize the country side as looking very much like Germany. Also the design fit some of the German esthetics of the era.
Streamlined speed record car of the '30s...they knew plenty about aerodynamics back then already...and odd as it looks, it still seems better looking than some contemporary "aerodynamic wonders" the computer came up with...
