An old Dodge Brothers (Horace and John) emblem from the radiator shell of a car, circa 1920's

  1. Used to be an old Dodge dealer in Peapack NJ. Clayton Ammerman. Supposedly, the oldest Dodge dealer. They had a 20's Dodge on the showroom floor. Had one of those emblems on the radiator.

  2. Were the Dodge brothers Jewish? I infer they were from the Star of David on the emblem.

  3. You infer incorrectly. The Dodge brothers were not Jewish, and it is believed to represent the Greek letter delta, one for each brother, interlocked to show their closeness.

Thank you, VW, for your explanation.
