On one hand, you have the people around Droolin' Joe who desperately want the power of the Presidency - DOCTOR Jill Biden, who clearly wants to be the defacto President, along with all the Biden hangers-on (Hunter and all the rest.)
On the other hand, you have Kamala Harris, who already can't hide her lust to kick Biden to the curb and become President herself.
It will be like the Borgias in Florence, only stupider.
What will happen is that as soon as the Cabinet is confirmed, Kamala starts lobbying the Cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment, on the basis of Joe's senility.
The Cabinet agrees, and sends a letter saying that Droolin' Joe is mentally incompetent, invoking the 25th Amendment. Kamala takes over as acting President.
DOCTOR Jill Biden and his hangers-on send a letter back saying that Droolin' Joe is perfectly competent.
Congress then has to assemble in 48 hours, and within 21 days has to vote. Unless two-thirds of the House and the Senate agree that Kamala should be made President, Droolin' Joe becomes President again.
In other words, the Senate Republicans get to decide who is President - Kamala or Joe.
It would be terrible for the county, but fun to watch.
Schlichter doesn't address some of the complications - for example, I don't see a limit on how many times the 25th Amendment can be invoked.
Can the Cabinet send a second letter declaring Droolin' Joe mentally incompetent the day after Congress votes to keep Biden, giving Harris another twenty-one days as acting President?
Can Joe fire the entire Cabinet immediately after Congress reinstates him, to keep a second letter from being sent?
Letter to be sent on January 4th if Biden is elected.

ReplyDeleteThe real plan is to run out the clock. They will make sure polling is so screwed up that they can not possibly have a winner by January 20th. January 21st, Pelosi as speaker of the house will take over as president. She will say Biden is unwell and wishes to retire, she will then name Hillary rightful President who will in turn reward Harris with the Vice-Presidency for playing ball.
I hope that Trump is ready with a counter because this is their plan sure as I am sitting here.
That scenario will, if the "play fair" Deplorables have any balls (I fear not), to country-wide open warfare. Then the scales will be tipped by who the military and L.E. follows. Their C-in-C or their political general staff. That's still up in the air.

This is coming. The left has overthrown the United States Government as we once knew it, Trump is only hanging on by the force of his own will.
What I find interesting in all this is that whilst his critics may be correct in their suggestion that Biden is showing signs of senility, he can nonetheless speak articulately, whereas Trump is the least articulate person ever to have reached public office, talks like a hillbilly and clearly has great difficulty stringing a coherent sentence together without resorting to making words up.
